My name is Ellen Mantel Pfann

 I am the Broker/Owner of Best In Show Homes. I have lived in Pinehurst since 1996, and have been selling Real Estate since 2001. I worked for many years exclusively as a Buyer's Broker. In fact, to many, I was known as "The" Buyer's Broker. Best In Show Homes is the fulfillment of my dream to provide Buyers with the best possible service, and to work with Listings, positioning the benefits of a given house to optimize its attraction to Buyers.

When I'm not selling Real Estate, I'm spending time with my Husband, Randy, or training my German Shepherd Dogs. We compete in American Kennel Club Obedience Competitions. Hence the name of my Company:

We are members of a community. Former clients are still friends. And you always want to do right by your friends! So I dig deep to learn about my Clients' needs - which extends to more than just the number of bedrooms. What makes them happy? When they have spare time, what would they enjoy doing? What information can I give them to make their decisions as informed as possible.

I do my best to represent clients in a way I personally would like to be represented, maintaining a personal standard of professionalism and skill sets gained throughout my career.
